MIA GLOBAL has completed the acquisition of the controlling interest in Alternet Systems Inc, (USOTC: ALYI) making ALYI another MIA Global affiliated company. MIA GLOBAL has nominated a number of new board members, including Ms. Michelle Boos as the new Chairman. Other new board members include Mr. James W. Long and Mr. Nolin Han. Mr. Ed Bollen will exit the board and relinquish controlling interest in the company.

Following months of testing its 2 wheelers electric bikes’ battery, Mia Global has partnered with Carbon Zero Mobility (CZM) to ship the first consignment of Dominion electric bikes to Kenya. Established in 2021 in Kenya, Carbon Zero Mobility focuses on providing electric vehicles suitable for the African market.
CZM provides a wholistic approach to electric mobility to ensure a reduction in the cost of transport for businesses and individuals, Greenhouse emissions and create a sustainable e-mobility value chain for the market.
The partnership is a demonstration of MIA GLOBAL value for partnership with like minded entrepreneurs in promoting sustainable transport solutions and creation of e-mobility value chains. Dominion-EV has been developed with market inputs from Kenyan transport sector and addresses key market challenges including limited charging infrastructure, market data and the need for a longer range in African terrain.
